Do What You Are survey in Naviance has been used by millions of students to discover which of 16 
          personality types is most like them. Personality type and career interest survey results reveal which 
          careers and college majors offer the greatest likelihood of success. Prepare students for more 
          educated decision making and goal setting with these insights. 
          There are 16 potential outcomes of the Do What You Are assessment, based on personality types. 
          The Do What You Are assessment will answer the following questions for students and provide 
          one of the two associated outcomes for each question: 
               •    Introversion vs. Extraversion: Where do you direct your energy? 
               •    Sensing vs. Intuition: How do you process information? 
               •    Thinking vs. Feeling: How do you make decisions? 
               •    Judging vs. Perceiving: How do you organize your life?

          Students can then explore related careers.  Students did the “Career Interest 
          Profiler” last year, so now they have two different assessment results. Please take a
