Programming is becoming an increasingly essential part of the tool kit for biologists of all types.
This biology-oriented programming course, doesn’t require prior programming knowledge ,
and will concentrate on the features of the language that are most useful to biologists: for
example, we are much more interested in manipulating text such as DNA and Protein sequences,
than the average programmer.
