NCAC’s 2021-2022 Pre-Competitive Programming
NCAC’s fall pre-competitive programming is a great step into our year-round swimming program. NCAC
offers 3 pre-competitive groups which will focus all on learning and maintaining the strokes. All pre-
competitive programming will be held at Heritage Hills.
These pre-competitive groups will run in an 11-week session in the fall and again in the spring. After the
fall programming, if swimmers are interested in joining a year-round NCAC program, swimmers will have
the opportunity to, if they meet the group skill level requirements. Swimmers must be six years old when
entering NCAC’s year-round swimming.
Swimmers who completed the fall session will receive a 10% discount for the spring session program
(the registration fee is annual).

Session 1 for all groups will start on Monday September 13 and go until Thursday December 2 . There

will be no class dates on Thursday November 25 and Sunday November 28 .

Session 2 for all groups will start on Monday February 28 and go until Monday May 16 . There will be

no class on Sunday April 17 , 2022.

1. Each member will pay a $140 registration (This covers any swimming from September thru July
with any programming at NCAC). Swimmers will receive a NCAC latex cap and two NCAC t-shirts.
2. If swimmers compete in the spring session, a registration fee does not need to be paid again.
Members returning for the spring session will receive a 10% discount for the spring session. If a
member chooses to move to the NCAC year-round programming, members will be charged a
$60 maintenance facility fee.
3. Siblings of the highest paying member will receive a 20% discount in dues.
NCAC does not prorate for leaving the session early. The fall and spring sessions are an 11-week
commitment. NCAC does prorate for joining a session after the start date. The registration fee will be
$140 regardless of start date.
NCAC’s Fall Jump Start
NCAC’s Jump Start Program will be offered in 2 sessions. Each session will be 10x30 minute classes.
These clinics will be offered for 4-9 year old’s who are wanting to expand upon their swimming skills.
Swimmers must feel comfortable in the water and able to swim unassisted. The goal of this clinic is to
introduce strokes to the swimmers and have them build to swimming a 25 of freestyle, backstroke and
breaststroke dependent on age and skill level.
