                           RAILWAY TELEPHONE SUBSCRIBERS
   • Railway telephone subscribers may please acknowledge the provision/replacement of Rly telephone in the "Acknowledgement Book" which will 
   be carried by Telecom Staff. 
   • The Railway Telephone Subscribers are wholly responsible for any loss/damage to telephone instruments, modem and its accessories.
   • The Railway Telephone Subscribers must obtain a "Clearance Certificate" from SSE/Tele/Exch./HQ at the time of vacation of Railway Quarters. 
   • The SSE/JE/Works should ensure that S & T department has issued clearance certificate, for the occupant of Rly Quarter provided with 
   Rly/BSNL Telephone before issuing the vacation certificate.

   Printing of Telephone directory is a complex work. In spite of the best efforts we make to avoid the errors while making the directory, there can be 
   errors in telephone numbers, spelling etc. 
   Subscribers are requested to extend their co-operation and bear with us generously. Errors that have unfortunately escaped from our notice, if 
   seen may please be sent in writing to CCE/ECoR for rectification in the future publication. A copy of charge report of officers and joining report of 
   supervisors/ministerial staff should be sent to CCE/ECoR for updating the directory.
