                                                                                                            to  strengthen  and  support  the  forest  based  traditional

                                                                                                            ancillary    or    incidental    thereto,    with    peoples'

                                                                                                            participation and to provide a comprehensive legislation 
                                                                                                            to  deal  with  issues  related  to  forestry  sector  and

                                                                                                            therefore  the  Indian  Forest  (Amendment)  Act,  2019  is
