                                 The beginning of the implementation
                                 of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP)
                                 guidelines for delivery of pharmacy
                                 services   in    hospital   pharmacy
                                 settings.
   The final phase of the project 
   “Implementation of Antibiotic 
   Reconstitution/Dilution Database 
   in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia 
   and Herzegovina, North Macedonia 
   and Montenegro in Co-Operation 
   with Spain” led by Pharmaceutical 
   Association of Serbia-Hospital 
   Pharmacy Section in collaboration 
   with national associations of 
   participating countries and 
   mentored by Hospital Pharmacy 
   Service of Gregorio Marañon
   General University Hospital, 
   Madrid. 
   Thefinal phase (March 2021-May 2022) included:
   ✓ Implementation of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP)
      surveys regarding antibiotic reconstitution/dilution in different
      hospital settings
   ✓ Development of country-specific antibiotic reconstitution/dilution
      databases
   ✓ Developmentof the smartphone applications for both Android and
      iOSoperatingsystems
   ✓ Presentation of our web-based system and mobile applications at
      the national Symposium
