Current Nutrition Care Manual® (NCM®) Subscribers Purchasing 
        Pediatric Nutrition Care Manual® (PNCM®) Companion Subscriptions 
       
        1.  The Administration contact for NCM (see “How Do I Log in as an 
         Administrator”) for the subscription will need to log in with username and 
         password from the homepage (http://www.nutritioncaremanual.org). 
         NOTE: If you currently access the manual via the intranet, please click “Log 
         Out” located to the left of the search box. You will be brought to the 
         homepage where you will enter your user email and password, which were 
         sent to the administration contact upon subscribing to NCM. 
        2.  Click on “Administration” located next to the search box at the top of the page. 
        3.  In the toolbar above ‘Subscription Detail’, to the right hand side click ‘Order 
         Subscriptions’ 
        4.  Select the option ‘Purchase Pediatric Nutrition Care Manual Subscription’ then 
         continue 
         Note: The current contact information listed for your Nutrition Care Manual® will 
         pre-populate for the Pediatric Nutrition Care Manual®. If you wish to change this 
         information, please use the drop down arrow next to the contact’s name to change. 
         This change will not carry over to the Nutrition Care Manual®.  
        5.  Enter an ADA member number or Promotion code if applicable and click 
         “continue”. 
        6.  Select the number/quantity of companion subscriptions you wish to have and 
         update quantity. 
        7.  Select payment type, complete the fields and purchase subscription. 
        8.  After payment has processed, a link will appear stating “View Pediatric Nutrition 
         Care Manual Subscription”. Click this link to proceed to view the subscription.  
         NOTE: After payment is processed you will be automatically logged in. If you 
         choose to not view immediately, please click ‘Log Out’ before exiting.
