                           Poema Pura is a collection of the traditional Penedès grape varieties. The Xarel·lo gives it body and structure; the Macabeu
                           finesse and freshness; and the Parellada, elegance. The vines are grown following the organic wine-growing guidelines
                           established by the Catalan Council of the Organic Production (CCPAE). Noteworthy among these methods are the use of
                           organic fertilizers, pest control and plant nutrition to ward off disease, controlling plant yield to ensure quality grapes; and
                           green roofs.
                           TASTING NOTE
                           Fresh and full on the palate. Well balanced, with flavors of acacia blossoms, citrus and red apples, and secondary notes
                           from the bottle ageing.
                           FOOD PAIRING
                           Pairs well with fish, soups, appetizers and charcuterie.
