Bid Value Reduction Supplier Estimate Tool
        This tool can be used to provide estimates for applicable Bid Value Reduction(s). Bid Value 
        Reductions are not guaranteed and will be applied by Procurement Support Centre after a 
        verification process. Complete the relevant fields below in blue to calculate an Estimated Bid 
        Value Reduction. This tool can be used for both your business, and your subcontractors. The 
        Parts A through C align with the BVR form found within the electronic bidding system. For more

                                 Part A
        Yukon First Nation (YFN) Business Name
        Enter the YFN business name.
        YFN Business Ownership Percentage
        Select YFN Business ownership percentage from the three options in the drop down menu.
        *Note, not-for-profits and corporations, please select 50% for the calculation tool to apply 
        correct BVR percentages. 
        YFN Business Location
        To be eligible for the YFN Business location bid value reduction, the YFN primary business 
        location must be located outside of Whitehorse and in the Traditional Territory where some or all 
        of the Work will occur. If the YFN business does not meet these requirements, select no.
                                 Part B
        Total Dollar Value of work being completed by the YFN business
        Enter the total dollar value of the work to be performed by the YFN business. This value includes 
        the costs to perform the work, including labour costs for YFN and non-YFN employees. 
                                 Part C
        Total dollar value of wages to be paid to YFN Labour by YFN and non-YFN owned busin
        For each YFN owned business, enter the dollar value of the wages that will be paid to YFN 
        employees for labour. 
        If you or your subcontractors are a non-YFN business but have YFN employees, enter in the total 
        dollar value of those wages in Part C, leaving Part A and B blank.
