           WEEK 1 MEAL PREP 
            
           Breakfast:  
           Tablets 
           3 capfuls Herbalife Aloe + 1/2 teaspoon Herbalife Tea in 12 oz water  
           2 cups greek yogurt + 2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Sport + 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix + 4 oz. granola 
           (Make shake separate and add together like milk.) 
           or 6 egg omelet with cheese, spinach, onions, garlic, or whatever veggies you want 
            
           Snack:  
           Fruit (as many as desired) 
           1 cup trail mix 
            
           Lunch:  
           Tablets 
           8-16 oz. grilled chicken or salmon, 1 cup quinoa or rice, giant colorful salad  
           (I usually have a green base of spinach, kale, arugula, and then add bell peppers, tomatoes, cheese, hard boiled 
           eggs, olives, pomegranate, dried cranberries, chopped apple or peach, seeds or nuts, or your own combo) 
            
           Snack: 
           2 Cheese sticks with apples and crackers, or protein bars or turkey slices 
            
           Dinner:  
           Tablets 
           8-16 oz. Steak with 1 cup pesto pasta, giant colorful salad 
           OR 8-16 oz. turkey with kale, giant colorful salad 
           OR 8-16 oz. pork chop or tenderloin with 1 cup brown rice, giant colorful salad
