| This workbook represents a sample test plan for computerized attendance records. Auditors may use this test plan fully, in part, or develop their own audit procedures. |
| Use of the Sample Test Plan: |
| If the auditor uses the sample test plan fully or in part, the auditor is responsible for ensuring that the controls identified and testing completed is sufficient based on the specific facts and circumstances within the school. The auditor should complete inquiries regarding the use of the system and what type of system is used; as well as perform walkthroughs in order to determine the appropriate key controls. |
| Auditor Developed Test Plans: |
| Auditor developed computer enrollment software test plans that differ from the sample plan in full or in part, must be provided to the Choice auditor annually for review and approval. |
