supply ofBooks (Both Indian & loreign) to PRM Medical College & Hospital, Baripada-
757107. Odisha.
2. Intcrested Bidders can download the bid document containing dctailed terms & condilions.

offrcial website: *uu'.marurbhani.nic.ir. The cost of the bid document. Rs.5,000/- (Rupces
five Thousand) only (non-rel'undable) should be submitted along with the bid in the lbrm of
Demand Draftl Pay Order from an1.' Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank in India in lavor of Dean
& Princip.l, PRM Medical College and Hospitrl, Baripada, payable at SBI' MCC
Branch, Baripada. Bidders are advised to quote fbr books. The authority rcserves the right to
select the itcms for books as per arailabilitl of firnd or requirement ofinstitution.
3. The bids by eligible Bidders should reach the Office ofthe undersigned within due datc and
time (i.e. 5-00 P.M. of 04.08.2021) in the prescribed format and manner. All bids must be
accompanied by a Refundablc Eamest Money Deposit (EMD) (aJ l% of the quotcd value
rounded to the nearcst Rs.l00 (Rupees one hundred) in shape of a Bank DralvBank Guarantce
lrom any Scheduled Rank in India (valid for 60 days lrom last datc of Tender) in favor ol the
Dean & Principal, PRM Medical College and Hospital, Baripada. payable at SBl, MCC
Branch. Baripada. (ln addition to cost of bid document). Electronic bidding is not
pemifted. Bids shall be received only th.ough registered post/ speed post/ courier service.
Bids received after due date and time shall be rejected.
4. Delivery Site is the Central Library, PRM Medical College & Hospital, Baripada,
Odisha. It is the responsibility of the supplier to see that the Books are delivered in time. l he
purchaser would not be responsible for any postal loss.

2. The cost ofBid. Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand) only (non-refundable) should be submifted
along with the bid in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any Schedulcd Bank in
favor of the Dean & Principal, PRM Medical College & t{ospital, Baripada. payable at
SBI. MCC Branch, Baripada. Odisha.
3. The last date ofreceipt ofbids is 5-00 P.M. of04.08.2021, through registered post/ speed pos/
courier service. Bids received after due date and time shall be rejected.

5. The latest edition ofBooks is to be supplied. Free CD/ gift etc. supplied by the publisher must
accompany the Books.
6. The cost ofBooks (Both lndian & lntemational) must be in lndian Currency & include Import
duty if any, shipping & delivery charge. The Rate quoted must clearl) indicate Publisher
price, other charges applicable if any. Ultimately THE FLA'I PERCI-INTAGU OF
DISCOLNT ON WHOLE BOOKS ON PUBLISHER PRICE SHOULD BE QUOTED. This
dfucoutrt price will be v.lid for r period of I year from date of issue ofOrder.
7. ln case ofForeign Publication Books. their conversion offoreign currencies to lndian currency
should be according to the recommendation of the Federation of Publishers & Books sellers
Associations of India. (FPBAI)
8. The Books are to be supplied within 30 days ofplacing order.
9. The tenden would be opened in the office of the undersigned (PRM MCH. Baripada) at
1l-00 P.M on 05.08.2021. The tenderer or their authorized reprcsentatives may remain
present during the ofrening ofthe tenders.
10. The authority reserves the right to accepvreject any/all bids in part or lirll without
assigning any reason thereof.

title as per fund availability & requircment.
12. Payment for Books would be made only after the sane are delivered by the firm in the
Central Library of PRMMCH. Baripada.
13. Payment would be made as per delivery.
14. If the supplier fails to supply at least 90% of the ordcr. then the EMD wor.rld be forfeited &
the firm would be black listed for 2 years.
15. Il any manufacturing / printing / binding defect is detected afterward uithin onc year. even
after stamping. then the same are to be replaced by the supplier.
16. Any dispute arisilg in future is subject to thejudiciary restriction ofBaripada town.
17. Submission ofDocuments should be in two seprrate elrvelopes.
Envelope A (Technical Bid) should contsitr:
a) B.D. of Rs.5000/- towards cost of Bid (Non- refundable)
b) Copy of valid Registration Certificate as a company.
c) Copy of PAN card in the name of Firm/ Publisher/ Agency.
d) For Book ce ificate of FPBA (Federation of Publishers' & Book sellers' Associations of
lndia) valid for current year is required.
e) EMD in shape ofBD/Bank Guamntee.
f) Past Performance Report/Pr.ucha-ser list.
g) The undenaking regarding no history of Black Listcd by any govemment Authority.
