                                                   ESTABLISHMENT 
                      The Post-graduate department of Hindi came into existence in the year 
                      1959. Thanks to Herculean efforts of visionaries like Prof.N.Nagappa, 
                      Prof.M.Rajeshwaraiah, Dr.Hiranmay, Dr.M.S.Krishnamurthy and 
                      Dr.N.S.Dakshinamurthy,  Who opened the gates of knowledge to one

                  Prof. Pratibha Mudliar is working on a UGC Major research Project 
                  Entitled- “समकालȣन Ǒहदं ȣ तथा मराठȤ कͪवता मɅ पया[वरण- बोध और 
                  चेतना”  
                  Prof.Pratibha Mudliar has worked as co investigator on a project 
                  entitled Korean Hindi Dictionary with   Prof. KimWo joo, Principal 
                  investigator, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Seoul South Korea,  
          from 2005-2008. 
      Visit Abroad  
          Prof. Pratibha Mudliar was selected as Visiting 
          Professor by ICCR and deputed to Hankuk University 
          of foreign Studies, Seoul, South Korea, from Nov 2005 
          to 2008
